What we collect
- Your name, email, phone and address when you order or write to us
- The pieces you look at and add to your bag, so the bag works
- Basic, anonymous visit statistics
Why we collect it
To deliver your order, answer your questions and improve the shop. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, as the law asks. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.

You can see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time — write to hello@furnora.store.
