From board to frame
Oak arrives in rough boards and dries for two years in the barn before it is cut. Every joint is glued and pegged by hand.
The person who starts your sofa is usually the person who signs it.
Upholstery
Covers are cut and sewn in the room next door, so fabric changes cost nothing until the day we start.
